Definitions

• Lief Paramedical Children's Center: This refers to the practice of Lieve van Cranenbroek, located at Wolfswinkel 13, 6021ED, Budel

• Client: any natural or legal person who uses or wishes to use the services of Lief Paramedisch Kindercentrum

• Treatment: The consultation or treatment offered by Lief Paramedical Children's Center

Dates

• Treatment appointments must be scheduled in advance

• If unable to attend, the client must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the reserved time will be charged.

Payment

• Payment is made via a Tikkie (online payment request) or in cash

• The rates for treatments are fixed and may be changed periodically. For current rates, click here

• Invoices must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date

Liability

• Lief Paramedical Children's Center is not liable for any damage incurred during or after treatment, unless there is gross negligence

• The client must provide all relevant medical information to Lief Paramedical Children's Center in advance

Complaints

• Any complaints about the treatment must be reported in writing to Lief Paramedical Children's Center as soon as possible, but within 10 days. You can do this via email address info@liefkindercentrum.nl

• Lief Paramedical Children's Center will contact the client as soon as possible to discuss the complaint

Applicability

• These general terms and conditions apply to all arrangements and agreements between Lief Paramedical Children's Center and the client.
