Fees and rates

Good care for the child is paramount, but the possible costs associated with pediatric physiotherapy are not unimportant. We would therefore like to inform parents.

Age 0-18

Our practice has entered into contracts with all major health insurers, meaning that pediatric physiotherapy for children aged 0 to 18 is reimbursed from the basic package. The deductible is never used. Health insurers reimburse 18 treatments per specific indication as standard, even when they take place at home. If more treatments are required for a specific indication, the additional care package can be used. The costs of these treatments are declared directly to your insurer. So you don't have to pay anything yourself. Please note that additional treatments under basic insurance are at your own expense. For a chronic treatment indication, pediatric physiotherapy is fully reimbursed by health insurers.

Age 18+

For people over 18 years of age, treatments are reimbursed from the supplementary health insurance package. Here too, the costs of treatments are declared directly to the insurer, even when they take place at home. You don't have to do anything yourself for this. If you only have basic insurance, the treatments will be at your own expense. If you are over 18 years old and have a chronic treatment indication, the first 20 treatments either come from a supplementary care package or the patient pays for them himself. From the 21st treatment, treatments are reimbursed from the basic package. Please note that the deductible is used first. For more information and details regarding reimbursements, we recommend that you consult your health insurance policy.

To ensure that the administrative process runs as smoothly as possible, we request that, if the treatment is at your own expense, you complete the payment immediately after the treatment. This can be done via a Tikkie (online payment request) or in cash.

Below you will find an overview of our rates:

 

• Pediatric physiotherapy session: €50.00

• Surcharge at home €15.00

• Screening, intake and examination for pediatric physiotherapy €60.00

• Intake and examination of pediatric physiotherapy after referral €60.00

• Missed pediatric physiotherapy appointment €35.00

• Physiotherapy session: €40.00

• Edema therapy session: €50.00

 

In our practice we work by appointment, so that we can give you and your child our full attention. Sometimes it is not possible to be present at the agreed time. Could you please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by telephone, email or WhatsApp? If you inform us about this too late, the treatment will unfortunately still have to be charged.
