Practice guidelines

Appointments and cancellations

It may happen that an appointment has to be moved or canceled. We would like to point out that you must inform us of this at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. A missed appointment without timely cancellation within 24 hours will be charged.

 

Payment

If a treatment is not reimbursed, we request that you make the payment immediately after the treatment. This can be done via a Tikkie (online payment request) or in cash.

 

Hygiene

A clean environment is important not only for your comfort and that of the therapist, but also for the health and safety of children as they explore, crawling and crawling. Their safety and hygiene are of great importance. We would therefore like to ensure that our practice space is clean and safe for everyone.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and therefore naturally ensure that your data is kept securely, in line with privacy legislation. More information can be found in our privacy policy.

 

Attendance and waiting area

We would appreciate it if you would be present on time at the agreed time. Are you a bit early? No problem. You can take a seat in our waiting area. We do our utmost to treat you on time and complete the treatment within approximately 25 minutes. Because we like to pay the necessary attention and care to each patient, the treatment may take some time. We strive to provide the best care, which means that depending on treatment needs, our therapists can adjust the duration of treatment. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
